Mitchell Hutchcraft’s life journey
You may not believe it at first when you see the post, is it even possible??? This is why we always believe in willpower. If you want, everything is possible, you just have to prepare yourself for it. like Mitchell Hutchcraft

How do you take the fact that the world does not work without crazy people? Seeing all this, it seems that death is really difficult; living is much easier. Mitchell Hutchcraft summited Mount Everest on April 12th. This British ex-Marine had crossed the English Channel 35 kilometers before him by swimming! After finishing the swim, he cycled about 12 thousand kilometers (from Europe to Digha in India)!

He could have stopped the madness here, but from Digha, he ran 900 kilometers and came to Kathmandu. He stopped now! But no… He walked 360 kilometers from Kathmandu to Everest Base Camp! He reached the base camp and summited Mount Everest after getting the first sign!
He started his expedition on September 15th of last year. Which was finally completed in 220 days. He is now the longest ever Everest summit triathlon, which is a new world record.

Ex-Royal Marine Mitchell Hutchcraft: A Life Forged by Adventure
The world has been thrilled by the incredible adventures and challenges overcome by Mitchell Hutchcraft. By taking on the challenge from Cambridge to the summit of Mount Everest, Edmund Hillary truly illustrated his strong sense of determination and love for adventure.
Early Life and Passion for Adventure
From childhood, Hutchcraft grew up in Cambridge, England, and became very interested in both mountains and wildlife. Although he was raised in a very flat area of the UK, he was inspired by accounts of people exploring in the high mountains, such as the story of George Mallory and Andrew Irvine’s attempt on Everest in 1924. Mount Kilimanjaro is the first mountain he ever climbed alone and at the age of 16, he became one of the youngest successful climbers ever.

Academic Pursuits and Military Service
After returning to the UK, he chose to study zoology and animal care, showing his strong passion for nature. By working in different zoos and wildlife sites, he developed useful experience. Yet, when his father fell sick and passed away, this greatly affected him. After being inspired by his father and talking about the Royal Marines with him, Hutchcraft joined the service when he was 21. During his six-year service in the Royal Marines, he developed a strong and unbreakable mentality that supported his adventurous activities in the future.

Transition to Extreme Challenges
Following his service in the military, Hutchcraft wanted to find new activities that combined his enthusiasm for adventure and the outdoors. He rowed for three thousand miles across the Atlantic which made him want to test his limits again. Then, he biked 5,000 kilometers by himself across the United States and swam and ran between all the lakes of the Lake District in the UK.

Philosophy and Advocacy
Along his journeys, Hutchcraft keeps stressing that success comes from a strong mind and willpower, not only from being physically strong. He argues that, if you are reasonably in shape, you can accomplish it since it is mostly about believing that you can do it and just trying. He also intended to inform and raise money for SavSim, a charity in London that serves military veterans with countryside activities.
Conclusion
His life is full of excitement, battle and never giving up on what he wanted. From being amazed by mountains to setting the record for a triathlon at the top of Everest, he proves that passion and dedication can help achieve great things.
